• Schedule approved estimates and bids for Jetting and Repair Departments.
• Communicate project details with customers and convert estimates into sold work.
• Verify pricing and scope before scheduling each project.
• Coordinate scheduling with customers and property representatives.
• Maintain consistent follow-up via phone and email.
• Schedule pre-work inspections and plan project activities.
• Obtain permits and DigAlert notifications as needed.
• Ensure all notices and communications are completed.
• Work with Dispatch to coordinate field staffing and timelines.
• Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer calls.
• Evaluate requests and prioritize emergency service needs.
• Identify plumbing service needs and route work accordingly.

Position Summary

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for scheduling approved estimates and bids for both the Jetting and Repair Departments. This role works closely with customers, technicians, dispatch, and management to ensure projects are scheduled efficiently and communicated effectively.

• Review approved estimates and communicate project details with customers.
• Convert estimates into sold work and accurately document project requirements.
• Verify estimate pricing and scope accuracy prior to scheduling.
• Coordinate project scheduling with customers and property representatives.
• Maintain consistent follow-up communication through phone and email.
• Schedule pre-work inspections and coordinate project planning activities.
• Obtain permits and arrange DigAlert notifications when required.
• Ensure all customer notices and project-related communications are completed.
• Work closely with Dispatch to coordinate field staffing and project timelines.
• Respond to a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Evaluate customer requests and prioritize emergency service needs.
• Assist in identifying plumbing service needs and routing work appropriately.

L.A. Hydro-Jet and Rooter Service determines compensation based on labor market data across several U.S. geographic regions. The average earnings for this position range from $24.50 - $28.50 per hour, plus bonus program. Pay is influenced by factors including location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
