Job summary

You will work with the sales team to improve inbound processes and manage main line calls. You will also assist with onboarding tasks, initial account setup, and revenue enablement support while tracking KPIs to ensure lead quality is high and throughput

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple inbound touchpoints.
• Familiarity with HubSpot and Microsoft Office is a plus.
• No prior sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Qualification: Field inbound leads, ask screening questions, and determine fit.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule and coordinate qualified calls for the sales team.
• Inbound Call Management: Serve as a primary contact for main line inbound calls.
• Client Onboarding & Implementation: Assist with onboarding and initial account setup.
• Revenue Enablement Support: Assist the revenue team as needed.
• Metrics & KPIs: Track call volume, meetings set, and lead quality.
