Culligan by WaterCo is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Sales Manager and team in Santa Clara, CA. The role focuses on managing inquiries, engaging leads, and coordinating appointments with the right representatives to maximize conversion and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years in sales coordination, strong MS Office and Excel skills, and experience with Salesforce CRM. Excellent communication and customer service are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 2-4 years experience in sales coordination or related roles.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• CRM experience with Salesforce preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Sales Manager and Sales team throughout the day.
• Manage inbound inquiries and outbound outreach to leads to maximize appointment opportunities.
• Deliver a consultative, customer-first experience and understand customer needs.
• Schedule qualified consultations with the appropriate Household Sales Representative (HHSR).
• Meet lead-to-appointment conversion and responsiveness targets.
• Support month-end reporting and coordinate communications with office staff, installers, and sales reps.
