Job summary

Jazwares is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Sales Team by gathering materials, updating item data, and facilitating cross-functional communication. You will be the primary contact for Account Managers and in-house customers to ensure accurate setup and readiness for orders.

This role emphasizes strong organization, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of administrative experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external item data and manage setup from start to finish.
• Submit new items for listings by collaborating with cross-functional teams to collect assets and ensure accuracy.
• Process and track customer samples, complete quotes, and assist with catalog maintenance.
• Oversee factory setup and liaise with factory teams for compliant operations.
• Maintain databases and communicate changes to item information.
