Job summary

Frymaster, part of the Welbilt family, is seeking a Sales Coordinator I to act as the liaison between the outside sales team, factory reps, dealer network and internal departments in Shreveport, LA. You will streamline processes, enhance communication and contribute to revenue growth.

The role focuses on inbound calls and emails related to sales orders, resolving routine order and delivery issues, and maintaining customer information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years experience in sales support or administrative role preferred.
• Manufacturing background helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Resolves routine and basic problems, communicates solution, ensuring satisfaction.
• Address inquiries, provide product information and process purchase orders.
• Maintain and update customer information; log activities in CRM/database.
• Coordinate with outside sales team and internal departments.
• Provide logistics support and issue resolution for orders and deliveries.

This will require being organized, detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
