Frymaster in Shreveport, LA is seeking an entry-level Compliance Engineer I to support efforts ensuring our commercial fryers meet regulatory and safety standards.
Under close supervision, you will assist with compliance planning, documentation, product evaluations, and cross-functional coordination, gaining hands-on experience in ERP systems, BoMs, and change control processes. Travel may be required as needed.

As a Compliance Engineer I, you will be under the close supervision of senior compliance engineers and/or engineering leadership. The Junior Compliance Engineer supports efforts to ensure products meet applicable regulatory, safety, and industry standards. This entry‑level role assists with compliance planning, documentation, product evaluations, and coordination with cross‑functional teams. The position involves applying established compliance principles, procedures, and checklists to mechanical and electromechanical food service products and systems. Incumbents receive detailed guidance on assigned tasks and are expected.
Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager/Dir/VP of Engineering, this position is based in Shreveport, LA*.
