Job summary

Kasa Living is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in achieving revenue goals and service metrics. This remote role reports to the Director of Sales and liaises with Area Sales Managers, Finance Coordinator, and other departments to ensure seamless group bookings and billing.

You will manage leads, coordinate communications, and help optimize sales processes using existing tools, while maintaining thorough client records and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales coordination or similar roles.
• Ability to translate client requirements into sales solutions.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in a remote environment.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by routing leads to the proper sales manager.
• Coordinate group bookings from contracting to departure.
• Maintain accurate records in the sales system and generate reports.
• Collaborate with Sales, Reservations, GX, Billing, and Operations.
• Develop relationships with customers and vendors.
