Job summary

Kasa is a tech-enabled hotel and apartment-hotel brand seeking a Portfolio Revenue Manager to maximize revenue across hotels and multifamily properties. This remote role offers autonomy to design pricing programs, yield strategies, and data-driven initiatives within a collaborative Revenue Management team partnering with distribution, marketing, and operations.

You will analyze market trends, forecast demand, and translate insights into actionable strategies to improve RevPAR and profitability

Qualifications

• Drives revenue within hospitality organizations or airlines by maximizing revenue and optimizing pricing strategies.
• Analyses market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to determine the optimal yield strategy.
• Demonstrates analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large volumes of data for data-driven decision-making.
• Prioritizes open communication, alignment, collaboration, and financial acumen to drive stakeholder value.

Responsibilities

• Understand the Market and Design Yield Strategies
• Forecast competitive set’s Year-Over-Year RevPAR Change for the next 90-120 days.
• Proactively design yield strategies that improve RevPAR Index Change.
• Set goals and pivot strategies weekly to achieve positive RevPAR Index Change.
• Create and distribute weekly strategy notes detailing portfolio performance and risks.
• Conduct forecasts within +/- 3% of actuals.
• Drive Length-Of-Stay, Market Segment, and Source mix to increase Net Revenue and Operating Profit.
