Job summary

Kasa Living seeks an Area Sales Manager to drive sales across a defined market, targeting leisure, corporate, groups, and other segments. You will work with Revenue Management, Reservations, and Operations to execute a proactive sales strategy and expand partnerships.

With 3–5+ years in hotel group sales, you will uncover revenue opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals. The role offers remote-friendly flexibility and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in hotel group sales, corporate accounts, or extended-stay property sales.
• Strong background building and growing client relationships.
• Proven ability to leverage local market connections for SMERF opportunities.
• Oversight of multiple hotels or regions with clear territory sales strategies.
• Experience using hotel CRM systems for pipeline and client management.
• Ability to analyze travel trends, rates and demand generators to adjust tactics.
• Experience negotiating group rates, long-term stay contracts, and corporate contracts.
• Proven ability to drive occupancy, ADR and RevPAR through targeted sales.

Responsibilities

• Execute a sales strategy for Kasa's portfolio in a defined area.
• Prospect group and corporate leads, including inbound inquiries.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Reservations, and Operations.
• Aim to expand Kasa's visibility through partnerships and promotions.
