Job summary

Homewood Suites Salt Lake City Downtown is seeking aSales Coordinator to support our growing sales team. You’ll work closely with the Director of Sales, Sales Managers, and Catering Manager, handling files, contracts, and client communications to keep the sales engine humming and guest interactions flawless.

In this on-site role in Salt Lake City, you’ll coordinate small group events, assist with meetings, and maintain schedules with reliability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; business/hospitality coursework encouraged.
• Experience in hotel sales or administrative roles preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• File, contracts, and client communications management to keep records accurate.
• Bridge teams and clients, ensuring alignment and quick problem solving.
• Greet clients and coordinate small group sales and meeting logistics.
• Maintain schedules, assist on weekends/holidays as needed, ensure coverage.
