Job summary

Courtyard Denver Downtown, part of Sage Hospitality Group, is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team with clerical duties, guest communication, and contract preparation, helping respond to inquiries and keep proposals organized.

You will coordinate group and wedding business, maintain accurate files, and liaise with hotel departments to deliver exceptional service and exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or vocational secretarial training.
• Experience in sales, hospitality, and secretarial work preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Publisher and PowerPoint.
• Excellent grammar and punctuation, strong editing skills.
• Ability to type correspondence, reports and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Answer sales office phones when sales staff not available.
• Prepare contracts, proposals and letters as directed.
• Coordinate group and wedding business as contracted by the sales manager/DOS.
• Communicate with hotel departments to ensure events meet client expectations.
• Maintain well-organized client files for expedient service.
• Develop and maintain client relationships with professional interaction.
• Support sales team in achieving targets and staying updated on rates and promotions.
• Follow up on customer needs by 10am the next business day.
