Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage calendars for Account Executives and Regional Directors and schedule client meetings.
• Maintain CRM data and ensure accurate entry of sales activity and outcomes in HubSpot.
• Coordinate handoff from sales to operations and support project setup with documents.
• Track opportunities, assist estimators with plans and bid documents, and support client communication.
• Provide administrative support to ensure the sales process runs smoothly from initiation to launch.
