Job summary

Crown Roofing & Waterproofing in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our residential and commercial roofing and waterproofing sales teams. The role serves as a central point of coordination between sales, estimating, customers, builders, general contractors, and operations.

The ideal candidate has experience in roofing, construction, homebuilding, or related trade and excels in organization, responsiveness and follow-through in a fast-paced sales environment.

Qualifications

• Previous sales coordination, construction administration, estimating support, or similar experience required.
• Experience in residential or commercial roofing, waterproofing, construction, homebuilding, or a related industry strongly preferred.
• Understanding of construction sales, bidding, proposals, contracts, and project workflows.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customers, bids, projects, and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Buildertrend experience preferred.
• Experience with PlanHub and/or BuildingConnected preferred.
• Experience working with builders, general contractors, bid invitations, construction documents, or contractor portals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to residential and commercial sales teams.
• Track leads, builder opportunities, commercial bids, proposals, and customer follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate customer, project, and opportunity information in the CRM.
• Assist with preparing proposals, bid packages, presentations, contracts, and other sales documentation.
• Monitor residential and commercial bid opportunities, invitations, deadlines, addenda, and submission requirements.
• Assist with builder, general contractor, property manager, and customer requests.
• Coordinate with sales, estimating, production, project management, and other departments to keep opportunities moving.
• Maintain organized records for customers, builders, general contractors, projects, proposals, and contracts.
• Assist with vendor and contractor portals, prequalification requests, and required documentation.
• Track proposal and bid status and ensure timely follow-up by the appropriate sales team member.
• Generate sales pipeline, activity, opportunity, and performance reports.
• Assist with customer communication, scheduling, documentation, and sales-related requests.
• Support the handoff of awarded projects from sales to operations.
• Perform additional sales coordination duties as needed.
