Champion Homes in Leola, PA is hiring a Sales Coordinator for a full-time, on-site role. You will support Zone Sales Managers and help ensure success of retailers, communities, builders, and developers through quoting, communication, and coordination.

Compensation is $20-$24 per hour with full benefits: medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k) with match, nine paid holidays and vacation pay. We value ownership, accountability, teamwork, and a drive to continuously improve.

Responsibilities

• Support Zone Sales Managers and ensure retailer/community success.
• Quote projects and coordinate with manufacturing teams.
• Maintain customer communications through production, delivery, and service.
• Support with warranty processes and reporting accuracy.
• Build and maintain relationships with retailers, communities, builders, and developers.
• Collaborate on special projects related to sales, marketing and process improvement.
• Cross-train in transportation coordination to understand delivery logistics.
