Job summary

Champion Homes is seeking a Sales Coordinator in Leola, PA to support Zone Sales Managers and retailers, communities, builders, and developers. This full-time, non-exempt role offers $20 per hour and the chance to grow within Champion's nationwide network.

You will manage quotes, coordinate with manufacturing, handle customer communications, and help with data reporting while cross-training in transportation coordination to broaden your experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Zone Sales Managers and retailers, communities, builders, and developers.
• Quote projects and coordinate with manufacturing teams.
• Manage customer communication throughout production, delivery, service, and warranty processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with retailers and builders to drive satisfaction and repeat business.
• Complete reporting, auditing, and data management with accuracy.
• Assist with special projects in sales, marketing, and process improvement.
• Support new product launches and customer communications.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and strengthen processes within the department.
