Champion Homes in Leola, PA is hiring a Sales Coordinator to support our Zone Sales Managers and retailers, communities, builders, and developers. This full-time, non-exempt role offers a fast-paced environment where your work directly affects customer experience.

You will handle quotes, coordinate with manufacturing, manage customer communication through production, delivery, service, and warranty, and build strong relationships across the network.

Responsibilities

• Support the Zone Sales Managers and help ensure the success of our retailers, communities, builders, and developers.
• Responsibilities include quoting projects and coordinating with manufacturing teams.
• Manage customer communication throughout production, delivery, service, and warranty processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, communities, builders, and developers.
• Complete reporting, auditing, and data management activities with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assist with special projects related to sales, marketing, process improvement, and customer service.
• Support new product launches and customer communications.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and strengthen processes within the department.
• Coordinate information between customers, sales team members, and internal departments to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Cross-train with Transportation Coordinator to support logistics and delivery.

What You Will Do

As a Sales Coordinator, you will support our Zone Sales Managers and help ensure the success of our retailers, communities, builders, and developers.

• Supporting new product launches and customer communications
• Helping identify opportunities to improve efficiency and strengthen processes within the department
• Coordinating information between customers, sales team members, and internal departments to ensure a positive customer experience
• Cross-training with our Transportation Coordinator to provide support when needed and gain a deeper understanding of the logistics and delivery side of the business

Additional Opportunity

As part of our commitment to building a versatile and capable team, the Sales Coordinator will be cross-trained in transportation coordination. This provides valuable exposure to another critical area of the business, allows team members to support one another when needed, and helps develop a broader understanding of the customer experience from order entry to home delivery.
