You will quote projects, coordinate with manufacturing, manage customer communications through production, delivery, service and warranty, and help build strong relationships across the channel.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the sales team through quoting projects and coordinating with manufacturing teams.
• Managing customer communication throughout the production, delivery, service, and warranty process.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with retailers, communities, builders, and developers.
• Completing reporting, auditing, and data management activities with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assisting with special projects related to sales, marketing, process improvement, and customer service.
• Supporting new product launches and customer communications.
• Helping identify opportunities to improve efficiency and strengthen processes within the department.
• Coordinating information between customers, sales team members, and internal departments to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Cross-training with our Transportation Coordinator to provide support when needed and gain a deeper understanding of the logistics and delivery side of the business.
