Job summary

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Senior Living Director for the Pinnacle Groves community in Rogers, AR. This full-time role focuses on building relationships with residents and families, driving occupancy, and ensuring high-quality care and service.

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.

• English literacy at 12th grade proficiency.

• Ability to follow written and verbal directions and apply practical problem-solving.
• Must be criminally cleared.
• Must be in good health with a health screening and TB test.

Position- Senior Living Director

Position Type: Full Time

Location: Rogers, AR

Salary Range: $63,960 to $70,200

Bonus Opportunity: Up to $4,000 per month

Shift Schedule-

Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm

with rotating weekends

We are looking for someone (like you):

• To be a Relationships Reaper : Developing close relationships to support potential residents and families in tough conversations about next-step solutions through empathy and understanding.
• To be a Decision Driver : Help leads and families problem-solve by shedding light on potential opportunities as they select the senior living option that suits their particular needs.
• To be an Occupancy Accountant : Responsible for knowledge and driving of gross and net gains in community occupancy through awareness of move-ins, move-outs, and shifting vacancies, as well as assisting Executive Directors in brainstorming ways to save current residents from moving out.
• To be an Hospitable Host : Ensure exceptional lead experiences during tours and visits to community events.

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You will have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a 12 th grade proficiency.
• You shall possess clear verbal and written communication skills.
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You will be professional in appearance and conduct.
• You will be able to follow written and verbal directions and apply practical problem-solving skills if needed.
• You must be criminally cleared.
• You must be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks. Good physical health shall be verified by a health screening performed by a physician not more than six (6) months prior to or seven (7) days following employment. Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health screening.
