Job summary

Legends Global, a premier partner to live events, seeks a Sales Coordinator in Tampa to support the Rays Ballpark project. You will manage calendars, coordinate vendors, and oversee daily office operations to keep the team organized and efficient.

The role requires strong communication, detail orientation, and the ability to handle budgets, invoices, and payroll for hourly staff and interns. On-site work, with some non-traditional hours, is expected and coordination with Legal and Finance is

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations, sports management or related field preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in sports, entertainment, or hospitality industries a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, meetings, and communications for project leadership.
• Oversee daily office operations, vendor coordination, and supply management.
• Process and track invoices, expenses, and budgets.
• Lead the internship program, including recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and project support.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for staff, including IT setup, workspace preparation, and internal announcements.
• Support staff events, celebrations, and communications.
• Assist with logistics for client events, meetings, and activations.
• Manage scheduling and payroll for hourly employees and interns.
• Partner with internal teams such as Legal and Finance to manage vendor contracts and agreements.
