Job summary

TAPCO Inc. is seeking a Sales Coordinator to drive regional revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships.

You will be a key contributor in core sales processes that enable Tapco's team to optimize performance in an outcome-focused environment. The role involves collaborating with sales teammates, supporting account executives, and maintaining accurate CRM/ERP data while handling inquiries and preparing quotes and orders.

Qualifications

• Two years or more in sales or customer service
• Experience with CRM is preferred
• Experience with ERP is preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teammates to qualify and convert marketing leads into sales opportunities.
• Support regionally aligned account executives with customer sales opportunities.
• Ensure all relevant data is updated within the CRM system accurately and promptly.
• Prepare and maintain quotes, orders, and bids.
• Maintain data related to customers, quotes, and orders in the ERP.
• Provide timely responses to customer inquiries via phone and website interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned
