Job summary

Woodfin – Your Home Team is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Sales Team by handling inquiries, scheduling, and ensuring smooth customer communication. The role emphasizes organization, customer experience, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate should have a high school diploma, at least two years in a coordination role, and knowledge of HVAC systems. Training is provided and a strong set of administrative skills is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a coordination role.
• HVAC knowledge and service terminology preferred.
• Proficiency with dispatch or field service management software.
• Excellent communication, organization and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and referrals; schedule appointments for the Sales Team.
• Provide administrative support to Sales Representatives including scheduling and follow-ups.
• Coordinate communication between customers and internal teams for timely information.
• Maintain and update customer records, notes, and schedules in systems.
• Assist with backlog management, voicemail follow-ups, and overall workflow.
