Job summary

Metasys Technologies is seeking a dedicated Sales Coordinator to join our Staffing team. The role centers on coordinating candidate interviews, communicating with clients and consultants, and guiding hires from offer to onboarding.

You will document activities in JobDiva, manage sensitive information, and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Coordinate candidate interviews with clients and prep candidates for their interviews.
• Interview confirmations leading up to interviews and obtaining post interview feedback.
• Managing through to the offer, offer acceptance and onboarding for each hired candidate, interfacing with HR through onboarding and coordinating starting assignment.
• Handle and diffuse candidate, consultant and client escalations with a calm demeanor.
• Document work and conversations in systems, including JobDiva.
• Calmly work under pressure, such as when escalations occur or last minute interview changes must be quickly coordinated and documented.

Requirements:

• Human Resources onboarding experience (though the role is not onboarding, this is relevant experience)
• Experience in recruiting, recruiting coordination or some element of the staffing industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident speaking with candidates, clients, and consultants in the United States.
• Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems (i.e., JobDiva) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Customer-service orientation with an initiative-taking, solution-focused mindset.
• Professional, friendly demeanor with the ability to build rapport with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Highly dependable and able to work independently while maintaining alignment with broader delivery and client teams.
• The ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
