Job summary

Champion Modular in Strattanville, PA is seeking a full-time Sales Coordinator to assist the Sales Manager and sales team with daily operations, order processing, and coordination of marketing and sales programs.

You will handle overflow calls, process orders, maintain product photos and dealer materials, organize meetings, and support data entry, reporting, and website updates, ensuring accuracy and timely communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–2 years related experience preferred.
• Experience supporting sales or customer service is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Manager and Sales team with daily operations and marketing/sales programs.
• Answer overflow calls for Zone Managers and process customer orders and changes.
• Compile quarterly information for the Marketing/Sales Department newsletter.
• Maintain home photos and options, update dealer materials and website content.
• Organize Foundation and Retail meetings; handle department correspondence.
• Check accounts receivable and report issues to Sales Manager.

SUMMARY

Assist the Sales Manager and Salesmen in daily operations or activities involving the Marketing and Sales Programs by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL JOBS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Other duties may be assigned.

• Answer all overflow calls for Zone Managers.
• When Salesmen are not available, take customer orders and/or change orders as needed.
• Compile information on the Marketing and Sales Department for the quarterly newsletter.
• Keep photographs of homes and new options updated, as well as the Champion websites with the series and model information for new dealers. Responsible for all schematics sent to retailers.
• Organize arrangements for the Foundation and Retail meetings.
• Type, fax, and mail correspondence for the department.
• Check accounts receivable for past-due monies. Report problems to Sales Manager.

Education And/Or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
