Champion Modular, a Champion Home Builders company, seeks a full-time Sales Coordinator to join our Strattanville, PA team. Assist the Sales Manager and Salesmen in daily operations of Marketing and Sales programs while providing strong administrative support.

The role involves handling overflow calls, processing orders, maintaining dealer materials, and coordinating meetings. Requires a high school diploma or GED with 1–2 years related experience and proficiency in Excel/Word.

Responsibilities

• Answer overflow calls for Zone Managers.

• Organize Foundation and Retail meeting arrangements.
• Type, fax, and mail department correspondence.
• Check accounts receivable for past-due monies; report issues to Sales Manager.

SUMMARY

Assist the Sales Manager and Salesmen in daily operations or activities involving the Marketing and Sales Programs by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL JOBS and RESPONSIBILITIES

Other duties may be assigned.

• Answer all overflow calls for Zone Managers.
• When Salesmen are not available, take customer orders and/or change orders as needed.
• Compile information on the Marketing and Sales Department for the quarterly newsletter.
• Keep photographs of homes and new options updated, as well as the Champion websites with the series and model information for new dealers. Responsible for all schematics sent to retailers.
• Organize arrangements for the Foundation and Retail meetings.
• Type, fax, and mail correspondence for the department.
• Check accounts receivable for past-due monies. Report problems to Sales Manager.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

• Former sales support and customer service experience is a plus
