Job summary

Champion Home Builders, Inc. is hiring a Sales Support Representative to assist the Sales Manager and Zone Representatives in daily operations in the Liverpool, PA region. You will manage overflow calls, take orders, prepare reports, and maintain product visuals and dealer communications.

The role requires organizational excellence, attention to detail, and experience in sales support or customer service. A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required, with 1–2 years of related experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required, and 1–2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience in sales support and customer service is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Manager and Zone Representatives in daily operations.
• Take overflow calls for Zone Managers and process orders when needed.
• Maintain product photos and update Champion websites with new options.
• Prepare schedules, travel plans, and meeting coordination for the team.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to Sales leadership and staff.

Summary: Assist the Sales Manager and Zone Representatives in daily operations or activities involving the Marketing and Sales Programs by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

• Answer and take the lead on overflow calls for Zone Managers as necessary.
• When Salesmen are not available, take customer orders and/or change orders as needed.
• Compiles information on the Marketing and Sales Department for the quarterly
• Keep photographs of homes and new options updated, as well as the Champion websites.
• with the series and model information for new dealers. Responsible for all schematics
• sent to retailers.
• Types, faxes, and mails correspondence for the department.
• Checks accounts receivable for past-due monies. Reports problems to the Sales Manager.
• Demonstrates products and points out salable features.
• Answers questions concerning products such as price, credit terms, and durability.
• Promotes products at trade shows and conferences.
• Provides comprehensive administrative support to the Division Sales Director, Sales Manager, and Sales staff, including general correspondence, report and planning documents, and other projects as directed. When needed, will be a back-up support for other Sales and District Coordinators.
• Maintain staff itineraries; coordinate travel arrangements in a cost-effective manner when needed.
• Organize training classes and meetings, including room setup, ordering meals, coordinating transportation and hotel reservations, communicating with attendees, etc.
• Handle incoming phone calls and other communications in a professional and discreet manner. Route phone calls, as appropriate, to other company personnel.
• Schedule, coordinate, and follow up on internal and external meetings.
• Process and monitor travel expenses and invoices.
• Maintain an efficient and accurate filing system for all reports, correspondence, records, etc.
• Maintain confidentiality with regards to employee information, organizational changes, financial statements, policy announcements, and/or executive decisions.
• Assist managers in the Annual Performance Review Process.
• Order electronic devices for sales reps and sales managers
• Support the Global Marketing team that is in Leola.

Competencies And Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Pays attention to detail.
• Sales support and customer service experience is a plus
• Ability to prioritize.
• Extreme organization
• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office and previous experience in manufactured/modular housing desired.

Education And/or Experience

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required, and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
