Job summary

Champion Home Builders, Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Sales Manager and team with daily marketing and sales activities. You will handle customer orders, process changes, and help prepare the quarterly sales newsletter and dealer communications.

The role requires high school education, strong Excel/Word skills, and sharp organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Manager and sales staff in daily operations.
• Process customer orders and update order changes as needed.
• Compile information for quarterly marketing and sales updates.
• Maintain home photos, model information, and dealer schematics.
• Organize foundation and retail meeting logistics.
• Handle correspondence by typing, faxing, and mailing.
• Monitor accounts receivable and flag issues to Sales Manager.

Summary

Assist the Sales Manager and Salesmen in daily operation or activities involving the Marketing and Sales Programs by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Answer all overflow calls for Zone Managers.
• When Salesmen not available take customer orders and/or change orders as needed.
• Compiles information on the Marketing and Sales Department for the quarterly newsletter.
• Keep photographs of homes and new options updated, as well as the Champion websites with the series and model information for new dealers. Responsible for all schematics sent to retailers.
• Organize arrangements for Foundation and Retail meetings.
• Types, faxes, and mails correspondence for the department.
• Checks accounts receivables for past dues monies. Reports problems to Sales Manager.

Other duties may be assigned.

Education And/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
