Champion Modular, part of Champion Home Builders, is seeking a full-time Sales Coordinator to support the Strattanville, PA sales team. You will back up the Sales Manager and salespeople, handle orders, and keep dealer information and marketing materials up to date.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED with 1–2 years related experience, strong MS Excel/Word skills, and excellent communication. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a team focused on integrity

• Check accounts receivable for past-due monies.

Summary

Assist the Sales Manager and Salesmen in daily operations or activities involving the Marketing and Sales Programs by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL JOBS And RESPONSIBILITIES

Other duties may be assigned.

• Answer all overflow calls for Zone Managers.
• When Salesmen are not available, take customer orders and/or change orders as needed.
• Compile information on the Marketing and Sales Department for the quarterly newsletter.
• Keep photographs of homes and new options updated, as well as the Champion websites with the series and model information for new dealers. Responsible for all schematics sent to retailers.
• Organize arrangements for the Foundation and Retail meetings.
• Type, fax, and mail correspondence for the department.
• Check accounts receivable for past-due monies. Report problems to Sales Manager.

Education And/Or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Attentive to detail
• Former sales support and customer service experience is a plus
• Ability to prioritize
• Highly organization
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
