Job summary

Studio Luddite, a New York City design studio, is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support day‑to‑day sales activities, manage inquiries, prepare quotes, and track orders. This full‑time, hybrid role is based in New York, NY, with flexibility for partial work from home.

You will liaise with clients and coordinate with design and production teams to ensure smooth order processing, on‑time delivery, and accurate CRM records.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of professional experience in sales within the architecture and design (A+D) industry or related field.
  • Sales coordination and operations skills to manage orders, track pipeline activities, and maintain organized documentation.
  • Sales and Customer Service skills to support client inquiries, prepare proposals, and foster strong, long-term relationships.
  • Excellent and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
  • Comfort with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and basic office software; experience with design or studio environments is a plus.

Role Description

The Sales Coordinator is a full-time, hybrid role based in New York, NY, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role supports day-to-day sales activities by managing inquiries, preparing quotes, tracking orders, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM and related systems. The Sales Coordinator will liaise with clients, provide responsive customer service, and coordinate with design and production teams to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery. Responsibilities also include assisting with sales reporting, organizing samples and sales materials, scheduling meetings, and supporting follow-ups with prospects and existing accounts. The role requires consistent communication with internal stakeholders and external partners to help drive sales efficiency and a positive client experience.
