As we continue to expand our presence within the architecture and design (A D) industry, we are growing our sales and client operations team and seeking a Sales & Client Operations Coordinator to support the studio’s sales initiatives and client project workflow.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the sales and leadership teams in a collaborative, design-focused environment while gaining exposure to the high‑end architecture and design industry.

The Sales & Client Operations Coordinator will report to the Client Operations & Sales Manager, with oversight from the COO, and will collaborate closely with the broader studio team of seven.

This position assists with trade account onboarding, preparing quotes and invoices, coordinating client communications, and supporting internal studio initiatives. The role requires someone who is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive, with the ability to communicate professionally with clients and work closely with multiple internal teams.

This is a junior‑level position designed for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow within the luxury design industry, with the potential to develop into a more senior sales or client management role as the company continues to expand.
