• Coordinate with Sales Coordinators and Revenue Ops on missing data and quotes.
• Assist with ad hoc sales and administrative requests.

Job Summary

Our client is seeking a dedicated Sales Coordinator responsible for supporting the sales process by managing leads, assisting with data entry, coordinating with different teams, and handling administrative tasks efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to marketing qualified leads (MQLs) using established templates and schedule meetings for the appropriate territory sales rep.
• Pick and map comparable plans on new business quotes, ensuring accuracy and completeness before they move forward in the proposal process.
• Support RFP intake by scrubbing incoming documents (census, SBCs, rates, renewals, and related broker fields) for completeness and accuracy.
• Enter RFP and quote-related data into Salesforce, keeping records clean and accurate.
• Coordinate with Sales Coordinators and Revenue Operations analysts on missing data and quote documentation received after initial quote submission.
• Assist with ad hoc sales and administrative requests as needed.
• Demonstrate commitment to core competencies such as being authentic, curious, creative, empathetic, and outcome-oriented.
