Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Irmo, SC, supporting a busy sales team in the real estate and property management industry. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales background, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to guide customers through a detailed loan coordination process with professionalism and urgency.

The Sales Coordinator will serve as a key point of contact for customers, sales representatives, banks, and attorneys while helping move customer files toward scheduled closing dates. Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team by assisting customers through the loan process from initial contact through closing coordination.
• Follow up quickly on customer documentation, design specifications, financing details, and outstanding items needed to move files forward.
• Communicate with customers, banks, attorneys, and internal team members to help coordinate loan and closing requirements.
• Call leads to provide initial information, answer questions, and schedule showroom appointments.
• Welcome walk-in customers, provide a positive showroom experience, and assist with customer traffic as needed.
• Track details carefully to help ensure customer plans, paperwork, and closing timelines stay organized and on schedule.

Compensation and Benefits

• Temp-to-hire opportunity.
• Full-time hourly position.
• Schedule: 5 days per week.
• Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Position includes working 3 Saturdays per month, planned in advance.
• A weekday off is provided during weeks when Saturdays are worked.

For temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, AppleOne is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Support sales representatives and customers throughout the loan coordination process.
• Help drive customer files toward scheduled closing dates after plans and design details are finalized.
• Contact leads, provide initial information, and schedule showroom appointments.
• Coordinate with banks, attorneys, customers, and internal staff to support accurate and timely loan processing.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong sales background required.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable engaging with walk-in customers and creating a warm, welcoming showroom experience.
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage complex customer information and timelines.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to follow up quickly on pending items.
• Professional phone skills and confidence calling leads and prospective customers.
• Ability to work a retail showroom schedule, including planned Saturdays.
• Positive, team-focused attitude with interest in long-term growth.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in real estate, property management, homebuilding, mortgage, lending, or a related customer-facing sales environment.
• Prior experience coordinating with banks, attorneys, or financing partners.
• Showroom, retail sales, or appointment-setting experience.
