Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in the showroom.
• Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments.
• Manage the office texting line, internet leads, and social media accounts.
• Update customer quotes and follow up as needed.
• Coordinate special events, including Open Houses and Customer Appreciation Nights.
• Maintain the showroom and customer refreshment area.
• Provide administrative support to management.
• Work all Saturdays except one per month.
