Job summary

ARS-Rescue Rooter in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a Sales Lead Coordinator for an in-office role. You will route incoming sales leads to the appropriate in-home Sales Representatives based on location, availability, and opportunity value, and coordinate scheduling between customers and sales reps.

The role requires 2+ years in dispatch, customer service, or sales coordination with strong communication and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dispatch, customer service or sales coordination experience.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in an in-office, phone-heavy role.
• Flexible availability for assigned shifts and occasional weekends.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools and computer systems.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Route incoming sales leads to the appropriate in-home Sales Representatives based on location, availability, and opportunity value.
• Manage and prioritize hot, warm, and cold leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Coordinate scheduling between customers and sales representatives.
• Monitor lead flow and adjust assignments to ensure balanced coverage and productivity.
• Follow up on unsold estimates and open opportunities.
• Communicate with field sales reps to ensure alignment on schedules and expectations.
• Track activity, maintain accurate records, and support reporting needs.
• Provide a high level of customer service through outbound and inbound communication.
