Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective customers regarding routine questions and next steps.
• Provide accurate information about company products, services, and current offerings.
• Schedule customer conversations, meetings, and follow-up activities.
• Prepare sales materials, product information, and other resources for the sales team.
• Help organize prospect information and maintain accurate customer records.
