Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients
• Serve as a point of contact for routine client communication
• Learn about individual client needs, priorities, and expectations
• Provide information regarding company services, programs, and current initiatives
• Maintain regular follow-up with clients regarding ongoing needs and open items
• Respond to routine client questions and help determine appropriate next steps
• Coordinate with internal teams when additional information or support is required
• Keep clients informed of relevant updates and available resources
• Gather client feedback and communicate useful insights internally
• Maintain accurate records of client conversations and activities
• Help identify recurring client needs and opportunities to improve the overall experience
• Prepare client information, updates, and supporting materials as needed
