Job summary

MDC Holdings, Inc./Richmond American Homes in Little Rock, AR, is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team. The role oversees contract completeness, inputs customer selections into E1, and manages the ratification process, serving as a bridge between Sales Representatives and the office.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of office experience (homebuilder experience a plus) and a college degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 1–2 years prior office experience required; homebuilder experience preferred.
• Multi-tasking, customer service-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Reviews checklist against submission at presentation of contract package by Sales Associate.
• Verifies the accuracy of all contracts and change orders submitted.
• Inputs all sales, cancellations, closings, options, change orders, color selections, lender and construction data to E1 as relates to sales tracking and various reports.
• Distributes ratified contracts and change orders.
• Initiates and maintains homeowner’s files.
