This full-time role requires a Bachelor's in Marketing or related field and 1–2 years of experience, strong communication and project-management skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines while delivering strategic marketing solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field required.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in marketing or related field.
• Strong interpersonal, professional, and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Successful track record in managing and meeting project deadlines.
• Full-time position based at division office with occasional travel to communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day marketing projects for the Tennessee division.
• Collaborate with in-house copywriters, designers, digital team, and other departments.
• Manage realtor outreach, community launches, and sales center materials.
• Provide strategic marketing solutions and status reports to clients.
