Job summary

Typical duties include updating price sheets, managing live MLS data, coordinating marketing plans, and maintaining sales files. The position may require overtime and weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines; strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email; comfortable with DRH applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Manager with follow-up on outside lender updates, contingency buyers, inventory, marketing plans, and pre-sales kickoff.
• Update and distribute price and feature sheets.
• Manage live MLS listings for price changes and status (sold/closed).
• Establish and update phone service in new communities; track and review call reports.
• Review marketing plans submissions and ensure activation by the team.
• Monitor CRM for leads, emails, and outreach; manage VIP Realtor program and outreach.
• Coordinate quick move-ins and marketing pushes per Sales Manager direction.
• Research questions from outside lenders, sales team, title, and others.
• Maintain OneNote and sales files; schedule interviews for Sales Manager.
• Schedule and coordinate shop visits as directed; maintain and distribute Sales Phone List.
• Deliver supplies to field; order breakfast for sales meetings; assist Marketing with setup.
• Track attendance at sales meetings and manage vacation calendars.
• Cover models during emergency absence; assist with special projects as assigned.
• Conduct business professionally to increase goodwill and company profit; overtime/weekend work as needed.
