AMAX Engineering Corporation in Fremont, CA seeks a detail-oriented Contract Administrator to manage the full lifecycle of commercial, customer, supplier and vendor contracts. You will partner with Sales, Procurement, Finance, Operations and Legal to draft, review, execute and maintain agreements while minimizing risk and ensuring policy compliance.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in contract administration within manufacturing or hardware environments, excellent organizational skills and sharp

Qualifications

• 3+ years of contract administration, contract management or legal operations experience.
• Experience supporting commercial contracts within manufacturing, hardware, technology, electronics, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of contract terminology, commercial agreements and lifecycle management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Administer the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, executing, renewing, and archiving contracts.
• Prepare and manage customer agreements, supplier contracts, NDAs, purchase agreements, SOWs, MSAs, amendments and change orders.
• Coordinate contract review and approval workflows with internal stakeholders (Sales, Procurement, Finance, Operations, Legal).
• Ensure contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements and risk management standards.
• Track milestones, renewal dates, pricing changes, deliverables and key obligations.
