Good Feet Midwest is seeking a driven Sales Consultant to build relationships and help customers solve problems while earning commissions and bonuses. The role offers uncapped earning potential and a clear path for advancement as the company expands in the Midwest and South.

You will conduct consultations, identify needs, recommend Good Feet Arch Supports, and manage a personal book of business with weekday and weekend hours. Training is provided and performance is rewarded.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one consultations with customers
• Build trust and uncover customer needs
• Recommend solutions through a consultative sales process
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers
• Manage a personal book of business
• Generate referrals and positive customer reviews
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
• Work independently during store shifts when needed
