Good Feet Midwest invites motivated sales professionals to join our rapidly growing team. In this role you’ll conduct one-on-one consultations, build relationships with customers, and guide them through our proven product and sales process to improve their quality of life.

Average earnings range from $60,000-$80,000+ annually with hourly pay, commissions, and bonuses; top performers can exceed $100K. Weekend shifts are required, with strong leadership support and training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one consultations with customers
• Build trust and uncover customer needs
• Recommend solutions through a proven consultative sales process
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers
• Manage a personal book of business
• Generate referrals and positive customer reviews
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
• Work independently during scheduled store shifts when needed
