La‑Z‑Boy is hiring in Downers Grove, IL for a sales-driven role with UNCAPPED commissions. Training pay is $16/hour for 2–6 weeks, then post-training base pay with commission. Average earnings range from $45,000 to $65,000+ including base, bonus and commission.

Weekly hours are 40, with comprehensive benefits for US employees. Responsibilities include driving store sales of furniture and services, promoting the Design program, and delivering outstanding customer experiences using the La‑Z‑Boy

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous selling experience and ability to close a sale strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, customer service skills, and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate, build rapport, and positively influence.
• Demonstrated persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work the schedule and hours dictated by business needs.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsabilités

• Drives Sales by selling furniture, accessories and services.
• Promote the Design program and assist the Designer to achieve sales goals.
• Execute the La‑Z‑Boy selling process and provide a favorable customer experience.
• Develop and utilize sales skills including approach, needs discovery, and closing.
• Maintain knowledge of product lines and promotions.
• Schedule deliveries with customers and support design consultations.
