Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proven ability to close sales and influence customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by selling furniture, accessories and services.
• Promote the Design program and assist designers with goals.
• Follow the La‑Z‑Boy selling process to deliver a great customer experience.
• Develop sales skills and use consultative approaches to close deals.
• Schedule deliveries, manage orders, deposits, and payments accurately.
• Maintain showroom displays and product knowledge to support sales.
