TWO MEN AND A TRUCK is seeking a Customer Sales Specialist in West Chester, PA. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, processing moving estimates, and guiding clients through our services.

As a first point of contact, you will build relationships with customers, leverage our move software for estimates, and recommend solutions that fit their needs. Join a team with uncapped commissions and generous incentives.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and problem solving skills.
• Professional attitude with strong communication, organization and time management.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new programs.
• Willing to undergo pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• At least 1 year of sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive energy during every call and serve as the first point of contact for customers.
• Input information into move software to provide accurate moving estimates.
• Make recommendations based on customer needs and company best practices.
• Obtain feedback through follow-up calls and handle concerns professionally.
• Prepare move-related paperwork and documents.
