Job summary

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in West Palm Beach is seeking a Customer Sales Specialist to be the first point of contact for both new and existing customers, delivering positive energy and guiding them through our moving services.

You will input estimates into move software, tailor recommendations to customer needs, and follow up for feedback while handling paperwork. A minimum of one year in sales is preferred; benefits after 90 days.

Qualifications

Minimum of one year of sales experience preferred.
Excellent customer service and problem solving.
Professional attitude, exceptional communication, organization and time management.
Familiar with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new programs.
Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

Provide positive energy during every call.
Act as the first point of contact for new and existing customers.
Input information into move software to provide accurate moving estimates.
Make recommendations according to customer needs and TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® best practices.
Obtain customer feedback through follow-up calls and handle concerns professionally.
Prepare move-related paperwork and documents.
