Mattress Warehouse is seeking motivated Retail Sales Consultants to help customers select premium mattresses using our bedMatch system. You will operate in a fast-paced store environment, delivering exceptional service and product knowledge to customers across a broad range of sleep solutions.

Ideal candidates are energetic, customer-focused, and able to work a retail schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail sales consultants with strong customer service focus.
• Willing to work evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading mattresses.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses using the bedMatch diagnostic system.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure and educational shopping experience.
• Assist customers with loading purchases onto vehicles and arrange showroom setup.
