Mattress Warehouse is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our growing team. With over 520 store locations nationwide, we deliver exceptional service and guide customers to the right mattress using our bedMATCH diagnostic system.

We are USA family owned and operated for 30 years. You will leverage tablets and our exclusive bedMatch software in a fast-paced retail environment, working a schedule that includes evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting mattresses using the bedMatch diagnostic system.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure shopping experience focused on improving customers' sleep.
• Help customers load purchases onto their vehicles and maintain showroom floors.
