Mattress Warehouse is hiring Retail Sales Consultants to help customers find the right sleep solutions using our bedMATCH diagnostic system. With 520+ stores and 35+ years in the business, we empower you to deliver outstanding service and drive sales.

Qualifications

• Availability to work retail schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading onto vehicles.
• Bilingual English/Spanish or other languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattress and bedding products using our proven selling process and bedMATCH system.
• Assist customers with product selections based on diagnostic results.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience for customers.
• Operate tablets and POS to process sales and payments.
