Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles.
• Bilingual English/Spanish or other language is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading mattresses.
• Comfort with using tablets and POS systems.
• Willingness to work evenings, holidays, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses using bedMATCH system and proven selling process.
• Assist customers to find products that fit their needs.
• Maintain showroom floor and help with loading purchases.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience.
