Job summary

FASTSIGNS #65001 is hiring a Sales Consultant to join our team. You will be the initial contact with current and prospective customers, work with them to understand their needs, and propose the best options for meeting those needs.

Collaborate with design, production, and installation teams to flesh out project details, provide accurate quotes, and monitor progress. You will keep customers informed about status, scheduling pickup or installation, and build long-lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to help customers be successful.
• Great listening and organizational skills.
• Detail oriented; accuracy in sizes, end-use, colors, fonts, materials.
• Comfortable with computer-based work including estimating and paperless workflow.
• Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work.
• Design experience beneficial, not required.

Responsibilities

• Be the initial contact with current and prospective customers.
• Understand customer needs and propose the best options to meet those needs.
• Collaborate with design, production and installation teams for accurate quotes.
• Monitor production progress and communicate project status to customers.
• Participate in daily team meetings to ensure projects are prioritized and requirements communicated.
• Build long-lasting relationships, turning prospects into long-term clients by delivering timely, quality results.
